Tax filed right.
Every ringgit claimed.
Zero LHDN stress.
LHDN corporate tax is not a DIY job for most SMEs. One missed deduction or late CP204 installment costs you more than our fees. We prepare, we coordinate, and our licensed tax agent partner files — correctly, on time.
What we do vs what our tax agent does
We're transparent about how this works. You get two experts for the price of one coordinated engagement.

Your tax. Done properly.
The 17% SME tax rate only applies if your LHDN filing is correct. Missed deductions, wrong capital allowances, or a late Form C can cost you more than your entire tax bill. We make sure every ringgit you're entitled to is claimed — before the agent submits.
April 30 deadline? Don't leave it to the last week.

Tax filing fees depend on your company's revenue, transaction volume, and whether you need clean-up bookkeeping first. We give you a fixed-fee quote upfront — no hourly billing, no hidden extras.
All fees are quoted after a free 15-minute consultation. No obligation, no jargon.
How the process works
Free consultation
You tell us your financial year-end, approximate revenue, and whether your books are up to date. We assess scope and give you a fixed quote — usually within 24 hours.
Records collection
Share your bank statements, invoices, receipts, and prior year return (if any). We do the reconciliation and catch-up if needed. No shoebox too messy.
Tax computation prep
We prepare the full draft — chargeable income, deductions, capital allowances, CP204 schedule. You review. We flag anything that needs your sign-off before the agent sees it.
Agent review & filing
Our licensed LHDN tax agent reviews the computation, signs off, and submits Form C via MyTax on your behalf. You get the confirmation and LHDN receipt.
Done. Records kept.
Filed return and supporting documents are stored securely for 7 years — the LHDN minimum. If they ever come back asking questions, we've got the paper trail.

Common questions
Do I need a licensed tax agent to file company tax in Malaysia?
For corporate tax (Form C), LHDN requires the return to be signed off by a licensed tax agent or the company director. Most SME directors use a licensed agent to reduce the risk of errors and penalties. We prepare the documentation and coordinate with our licensed partner who files officially.
What exactly does your service cover?
We handle preparation — organising your records, reconciling accounts, drafting the tax computation, and capturing every deduction you're entitled to. Our LHDN-registered tax agent partner handles the official Form C submission, CP204 oversight, and any LHDN correspondence.
When is the corporate tax filing deadline?
For companies with a December 31 financial year-end, Form C is due by April 30. For other FYEs, the deadline is 7 months after your year-end. CP204 installments are due monthly — get your estimate in before Month 2 of your assessment year to avoid the 10% penalty under Section 107C ITA 1967.
Can you help if my books aren't up to date?
Yes. We can do a catch-up bookkeeping cleanup before preparing your tax computation. Contact us early — the closer you are to the filing deadline, the less time we have to work with. We can still take on clean-up jobs, but expect rush turnaround fees if it's within 4 weeks of the deadline.
What happens if LHDN audits my company?
Our licensed tax agent partner handles all LHDN audit liaison and formal responses. We prepare the supporting documentation. Clean records from our tax preparation service are your best defence — audits go much faster when the paperwork is in order.
Do you handle personal income tax for directors?
Yes — as an add-on. If you want your Form B (personal income tax) filed alongside your company's Form C, we can coordinate both in the same engagement. Directors who draw director fees or salary need to file Form B separately from the company return.
What is CP204 and do I need to worry about it?
CP204 is the mandatory estimated corporate tax installment for all Sdn Bhds. You pay in 12 monthly installments, starting Month 2 of your assessment year. Underpaying or missing a payment attracts a 10% penalty. We calculate your CP204 amount and set up a payment reminder schedule as part of the service.
