What's the difference between bookkeeping and accounting?
Bookkeeping is the recording of daily transactions β what came in, what went out, which category. Accounting is the interpretation of those records for tax, reporting, and strategy. You need bookkeeping first. We deliver bookkeeping; we can connect you to a licensed accountant or tax agent when you need the next layer.
Do I need accounting software?
We work with whatever you already use β including nothing at all. If you don't have software yet, we'll recommend the best option for your business type and size. We're software-agnostic and don't take commissions from software providers.
How do I share my receipts and records with you?
Most clients use WhatsApp or a shared Google Drive folder. We can adapt to your workflow. The simpler the process for you, the better β because we want you to actually send us your records every month.
Will my books be ready for LHDN tax filing?
Yes. Our monthly bookkeeping produces records that are clean, categorised, and ready for your tax agent or for LHDN e-Filing. Tax season stops being stressful when your books are in order year-round.
Can you help with back-dated bookkeeping?
