In order to ensure a smooth process, please get the following items ready when engaging with us:

1. Photocopy of Identification Card (IC) or Passport of both directors
2. Photocopy of Residential Address in Malaysia. i.e. Bank Statements
3. Details Business Activities
4. 3 options of possible company name. i.e. Form 13A
5. Preferred bank name, brunch, and details

Please note that there are a few requirements for incorporation:

• Each company must have at least two resident directors above 18 years of age.
• A minimum authorised and paid-up capital of RM400,000 and RM 2 respectively.
• One company secretary to take care of the administrative and legislative part, mainly statutory returns as well as shareholders’ meetings.
• Appoint one charted auditor.

• Company Limited by Shares: Private Company (Sendirian Berhad or Sdn. Bhd.) & Public Company (Berhad or Bhd.)

1. Complete the Manual Incorporation Form to us at info@AccountingMalaysia.com
2. We will perform company name search to check availability of the proposed name(s) and get back to you within 24 hours
3. Email us on the name to be reserved together with the required information and payment slip for our professional fees
4. Upon receipt of payment, the company name will be reserved at your request
5. Once name approved by SSM , we will prepare full set of registration documents
6. Signing of documents at OneAccounting office by all directors & shareholders
7. Upon signing, we will proceed to incorporate the company with SSM
8. Stamping of M&A by LHDN and Submission to SSM
9. Issuance of Digital Incorporation Certificate by SSM
10. Submission of First form (Form 24, Form 44 & Form 49)
11. Once the company is incorporated, we will email you all the completed documents (i.e. M&A, business profile and various other documents).
